The downstairs consists of a large lounge, a dining room/kitchen and a bathroom.
The lounge has a large feature fire place, ceramic tiled floor and wooden beams. A patio door opens out into the large rear garden.
There are 2 futons which can be used as settees or beds.
The dining room has a large table that normally seats 6, but can be extended.
The kitchen adjoins the dining room and contains a dishwasher and gas cooker.
The downstairs bathroom contains a bath, basin, toilet and washing machine.
